Motion
Resolved, that in the event of the committee of the association failing to secure either 3 AU members or a NSW public officer, the committee is instructed to proceed to wind down the affairs of the association.
And, further resolved, that in this event,
a. the committee is to present to an SGM a plan for approval to dispose of any assets,
b. the committee is to present a plan or plans to an SGM and to policy group on how to handle the existing CCA, and
c. new CCAs are to be blocked on the website immediately until a suitable resolution is found.
