Original Dispute, Discovery (Private Part)
Arbitration case a20101204.1 (Private Part)
EOT private part
Discovery
- Based on (C)'s statement dated 2011-01-13, this case probably relates to an account cleanup, not on a delete account procedure, to be handled as regular arbitration case, so regular init mailing
- (C)'s statement (2) dated 2011-01-18 clarifies this case as 'disputing email' from account #1
- (C)'s CCA agreement not to terminate
- (C)'s both accounts verified to be under (C)'s authority
- (C)'s secondary account: no assurances rcvd
Ruling
- As found in discovery, case has been moved from 'Delete my Account' request to a regular Account cleanup.
- So hereby I order Support to walk thru the Delete Account procedure on (C)'s secondary account, to hijack this account, doing a printout to pdf of the current state of the users account to be sent to (A) of this case including Assurances received, Assurances given, Certs issued, Domains added, to free up his email address on Account #2 by adding arbcase number as primary email address, to anonymize all data entries in this 2nd account, revoke all certs (if exists), reset all flags and as last step, to delete the account.
- CCA termination doesn't applies to this case. Agreement still continues with (C)'s primary account.
