2.1 First preview of new Arbitration Mgmt System added by UlrichSchroeter
Regarding Arbitration team meeting April 28th, topic 2.1 How to handle the arbitration cases wiki (Continued from meeting 2010-03-17) that was added by Hans Verbeek, PD wants to present a software to handle arbitration cases with closed and public parts. A first presentation should be in the May meeting, but no May meeting did happen.
2.2 What is the status of the evidence kept in the ABC? added by UlrichSchroeter, original question by Iang
- What is the status of the evidence kept in the ABC? Can it be opened in any Arbitration? Or shall we place a limit on it that it can only be opened in a direct challenge to that ABC? Or should it not be kept at all? Or, the examination of the evidence should be performed by original Arbitrator, or an independent Arbitrator from the challenging case, and simple "yes, no" answers returned.
- The reason for this is that we want to use the ABC process to extract as much personal information from the individual concerned, and privacy is obviously a question. So it makes sense to cast as strong a ring of privacy as possible around that evidence.
- It might make sense that only future arbitrations that challenge the ruling of the ABC itself can re-open that evidence. That is, if some person in a trusted role turns out to not be trusted for the roles, to the extent that it challenges the declarations made in original ABC; rather than, just did a dodgy Assurance or wants a name change...
2.3 There still exists 7 new dispute filings in ORTS ... added by UlrichSchroeter
- Dispute filings are moved into Disputes queue in ORTS 24.4., 7.5., 14.5., 19.5., 28.5., 30.5., 31.5.
- Action task for all arbitrators was to request your own OTRS account to handle cases
So please, all who did not manage a new dispute filing under OTRS, select one OTRS dispute filing and transfer it into the Wiki. Please follow instructions under Lesson 4 - Creating a new Arbitration case

- this should be ordered by the Arbitrator within the arb process or at least at the exec step
- privacy info can be given to the arb in a new case by request, but this info shouldn't be published in any way
