 * Order of Patches
  1. support-patches
  2. change-order-Points-count-system
  3. checkboxes problem in Assure someone form
  4. cca-patches

 * Did testserver have a signing server in the background ?
  * so users can create test certs, needed to test the support patches
   * count of client certs
   * count of server certs

 * testserver mgmt system
  * is highly needed to set environment for individual testing
   * set points
   * set is-assurer flag
   * set has passed assurer test
   * set special flags i.e. is-support-admin, is-oa-admin, is-board-member, is-ttp-admin
  * Who can build such a testserver mgmt system ?
   * Michael: Hanno probably isn't available for that, no response so far

  * Otherwise a system admin for the testserver is needed who sets the proper points, flags that are needed     for testings

  * Test Suite system
   * no info so far (-> Andreas)

remark: telco w/o Markus/Andreas makes no sense, as they have the answers to the open questions
