#0016: Subscription watching for assurers

{{{Sometimes, users who were assured did not in fact register on CAcert.org prior to assurance, so assurers get an error message saying the user is not subscribed. From there, the assurer has the option of sending automatic mail to the assured user, requesting subscription.

After that (and maybe a few days waiting for that), the assurer must visit the website again and type the assured email, hoping the user registered as requested. Rinse and repeat. Fact is, there are some users that NEVER register, and some that delay it to the maximum.

We could use a checkbox saying "notify me when this user registers" next to the automatic email button. When such user registers (and verifies the account. some users never do it), the assurer would be sent an email saying the account is ready for assurance. }}}
