It is a bit a mess, but in short: The invitation should be sent ca. 4 weeks before the SGM.<<BR>>Dissolutions is a special resolution under §27.2.
<<BR>>The dates showing are from the last AGM, they will be replaced as soon as the date is fixed: calculated backwards. To see, how much time it takes, please see the "When done?"-column; for checking the members list, the secretary needs some reports from the treasurer. As the report should be sent to the members 4 weeks before, the secretary should check the members register not 3 weeks before, but maybe 5 weeks before, so the tresurer shoul send the secretary the paypal reports maybe 6 weeks before the SGM.
