 * to find 23 or more people who want to get assured

 * 1 ballpoint-pen for each person

 * internet access to ask irc.CAcert.org #cacert if any questions occur

 * let all assurers assure everyone
 * let all new assured people assure everyone 
    * they can give points later (when they got their own)
    * they get 2 points for every assurance (therefor you need 26 people or more)
    * they get a lot of practice and can ask experienced assurer when problems occur 
 * ask everyone to get listed, so others could find him

 * If you can do so, provide a special announcement web page with the preparations by the attendees before they go to the party. Here is [[http://wiki.cacert.org/wiki/AssurancePreparations|some information]] for this.
 * let the people create their accounts before the meeting. They can bring their own personalised CAPs then.
 * give everyone a number so they can easily see who is missing
 * handle out a table like:
