Customized CAP

If you need a customized CAP, where some fields are still prefilled, can use following parameters to transfer them to the PDF printout. Empty Fields will be left blank. To connect two textstrings for a parameter, you have to use '+' in between.

email	blah%40example.org	Email of Assuree. %40 is the coding for char @. (still works with @)
assurer	Susi Meier	Name of Assurer
location	Winchester Street 10	Location of Assurance
maxpoints	35	max Assurance Points Assurer can give (default: 35)
date	2005-06-21	Date of Face-2-Face meeting and Assurance ('now' for current date)
lang	de	Sets the printout language 2 lower characters ISO language code -> de, en, fr, ..
format	A4	{A4, letter} An empty field defaults to 'A4'
