• Despite the fact (C) can use both names in his online account, the PracticeOnNames NL Common short Givenname variant allows variant Teun for Teunis, user requests the long form and addtl. to add two Middlenames

• Assurers who did assure (C) in the past are in compliance to the current rules
• 3 Assurers confirmed (C)'s Givename and all (C)'s Middlenames so there is enough evidence given, that brings the user above 50 Assurance points, to be allowed to create certs with the requested name change.
• After users advice regarding NL common short Givenname variations, (C) selects the international full name variant.
• So I hereby order Support to change users Givenname, Middlenames as requested (details in exec request)
